Access to our courses
- Distance language courses (telephone, videoconference) and on an e-learning platform are accessible to anyone with disabilities with reduced mobility; on the other hand, they are not yet adapted to people with hearing or visual disabilities.
- For face-to-face courses, the courses are adapted to people who are hard of hearing or visually impaired. For face-to-face courses on our premises:
- The La Défense site is equipped to accommodate disabled people with reduced mobility.
- The Charron site (Paris 8th) is not equipped to accommodate disabled people with reduced mobility.
CPF & disability training
Within the framework of the Law for the freedom to choose one's professional future, special care arrangements are granted to persons with disabilities.
The CPF (Personal Training Account) is increased for people with disabilities or adapted.
1. Persons with disabilities in establishments and services providing assistance through work (ESAT) with the status of employee with an amount of €800 per year (capped at €8,000).
2. Employees with a qualification level lower than and equal to level V (CAP) benefit from identical rights.
3. Beneficiaries of the compulsory employment of disabled workers (BOETH) are entitled to an increase of €300 to facilitate their professionalization.
4. Employees with disabilities will be eligible for the CPF TP (CPF for professional transition) in the perspective of professional development, without the criterion of 2 years of seniority in the company.
