Your rights
If you want to benefit from language training outside working hours
you can register for the training course of your choice, without needing your employer's authorization.
If you want to improve your language skills during working hours
you must obtain your employer's authorization. The company has one month to respond to this request. After this deadline, the training is considered accepted.

France Connect+
From now on, to finance your training with your CPF, you need to create a FranceConnect+ account, via La Poste's digital identification.
To create this account, go to lidentitenumerique.laposte.fr. You must be over 18, have a smartphone and bring your ID with you. You can also make an appointment with La Poste to do this at a branch.
Once your digital identity has been activated, you can subscribe to the training course of your choice by logging on to "My training account" via France Connect +. You will need to confirm your identity by entering your login and secret code via your smartphone.
